Chapter 4
. . . . We start with the banana oil. The banana oil is the easiest to use of the three oils. It has a soothing approach. The banana has an internal nerve, reproductive, digestive system, where only specific parts of the banana should be used as oil.
The bottom part of the banana that grows upward on the tree is the waste, and reproductive part, and should be broken apart, and thrown away. The innermost part of the banana or middle is the spine. It can be used, but if you are a particular, shouldn't. Only the outer most flesh of the banana is the quality of the oil. The moist located directly on the inside cover of the banana is also very good. It can be used as a type cloth, and massaged over the scalp, and rubbed over the skin.
We have to understand that because of lotion, and cosmetic bottles, we are not use to this type way to apply oil to our hair, and skin. But once again, over time of applying the oil to the hair, and skin in this way, you will understand how ignorant we are.
To produce the the banana oil, the banana can simply be broken apart, little pieces at a time, rubbed into oil with hands, and massaged into the scalp, and applied to the skin as lotion. The banana oil should be massaged into the entirety of the scalp, and rubbed over the entirety of the skin. The hair should also be strained with the banana oil. Once the banana oil has been applied to the hair and skin, should be allowed to sit for 1 or 2 minutes. A shower should be taken finally to remove the oil.
Because of the sensitive of our skin, the least reactive to the skin as as an oil is the banana, then lemon, finally garlic. After a period of time in learning to use the banana oil, you can begin to gradually move to the lemon oil. Once again, the juice of the lemon is the oil of that vegetation.
Taking a leaf from the lemon, the meat can be hand squeezed for juice, and massaged into the scalp, and skin. The hair should be strained with the lemon oil with your hands. The activity of the lemon oil is very high, so do not be distressed at the reaction with the skin. This is the strengthening of the skin. After several uses, your hair, and skin will begin to understand its applicator. Do not let the lemon oil sit. Once applied, a shower should be used to remove the oil.
The final stage is the garlic oil. The garlic oil is the healthiest of the three oils. The oil from the garlic can be directly applied to the scalp, and skin from the garlic by breaking apart the garlic leaf, and rubbing the leaf into the scalp and skin, completely massaging the oil into your skin with your hands. The moisture on the skin from the garlic is the oil.
To apply the garlic oil to the hair, allow the moisture from the garlic to settle in your hands, and then strain through the hair. The garlic oil should be allowed to sit for 2 to 3 minutes, and then removed with a shower. Once all three oils have been mastered; banana, lemon, garlic, can be used interchangeably in no order, depending on how yo want your hair, and skin to look.
