Black America Independence is

separation from the devil

Dred Scott was a Black man born into american slavery in the early 1800's. During his spiritual/ physical affliction of slavery, he resided as a slave with his slaver owner, in several territories of the united states government that had committed slavery as prohibited. Residency in american territories, where slavery was legislatively declared prohibited, gave mr. scott the opportunity to federally file the united states government for freedom from slavery. The federal court case against mr. scott's slave owners found the slave owners not guilty, and mr. scott was declared still a slave. The supreme court ruling:

4. A free negro of the African race, whose ancestors were brought to this country and sold as slaves, is not a “citizen” within the meaning of the Constitution of the United States

5. When the Constitution was adopted, they were not regarded in any of the States as members of the community which constituted the State, and were not numbered among its “people or citizen.” Consequently, the special rights and immunities guarantied to citizens do not apply to them. And not being “citizens” within the meaning of the Constitution, they are not entitled to sue in that character in a court of the United States, and the Circuit Court has not jurisdiction in such a suit

6. The only two clauses in the Constitution which point to this race, treat them as persons whom it was morally lawful to deal in as articles of property and to hold as slaves

No justice for mr. scott under the caucasian law because he is a Black man. No justice for Black america under the caucasian law because we are Black people. The hypocrisy in our thinking about the legal devil system is that we, Black america, still think justice is coming from a devil instead of justice coming from Allaah. What scripture tells Black people that the devil gives justice? No scripture. What devil gives justice to Black people? No devil. And our faith in our agreement with the devil, with foundational pivotal progressive circumstances that decide to live, become monumental destruction. Educational loan debts, predatory bank/ car loans, mass home foreclosures, federal mandatory minimum sentencing, discriminatory equal employment opportunities. Let us understand. The devil says that employment opportunities are equal for Black america with caucasian america, and enacts legislative laws to provide structure for the hypocritical oath, but then discriminates its equal employment opportunities to Black america. The total of Black american integration as american citizens is legislative politics to deceive, entrap, destroy. Our ignorance of scripture is the guiding light for our continual buffoonery approach to living in america. The scripture tells Black america to separate. Separate.

The Devil Agrees to Deceive

- On July 14, 2015, the United States, China, France, Germany, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, European Union, and Iran agreed to a Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action to “ensure that Iran’s nuclear programme will be exclusively peaceful.... ” In turn, the negotiating parties and United Nations would “produce the comprehensive lifting of all U.N. Security Council sanctions as well as multilateral and national sanctions related to Iran’s nuclear programme, including steps on access in areas of trade, technology, finance, and energy.” On January 16, 2016, the International Atomic Energy Agency verified that Iran had implemented the measures enumerated in the JCPOA to disable and end its nuclear-related capabilities

- On May 8, 2018, President Donald Trump signed National Security Presidential Memorandum 11, “ceasing U.S. participation in the JCPOA [Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action] and taking additional action to counter Iran’s malign influence and deny Iran all paths to a nuclear weapon.” The action sets in motion a reestablishment of U.S. unilateral economic sanctions that will affect U.S. businesses and include secondary sanctions that target the commerce originating in other countries that engage in trade with and investment in Iran
